We develop business systems that cover sales, purchasing, warehousing, accounting, payroll and HR, manufacturing, projects and document management. The modules are connected into a single whole, so data is not duplicated and work does not stall between departments.

System modules

Modules that work together.

An individual module can be deployed on its own or as part of a connected business system. The advantage of a connected deployment is that data flows automatically between modules — from offer to invoice, from work order to payroll, from goods receipt to inventory.

Accounting

General ledger, subsidiary ledgers, VAT, balance sheets, plans, offsets and IOP statements. The system supports bank statement import, attaching e-documents, journal transfers, and the work of accounting service providers managing multiple companies.

Payroll and HR

Calculation of salaries, contributions, income tax and statutory reporting — REK/iREK, AJPES, ZPIZ, FURS.

Warehousing

Goods receipts, issues, transfers, inventory counts and stock reservations. Freepass and dynamic freepass for quality control, two-stage approvals, multi-warehouse structure, plus support for barcodes and serial numbers.

Manufacturing and MES

Work orders, norms, technological procedures, push/pull methods, KANBAN, serial number traceability and quality control.

Construction

Cost estimates, construction logbooks, payment certificates, post-calculations. A construction laboratory with concrete recipes and certificates.

Document management

Paperless operations. Document capture, classification and archiving. Invoice approval with approval workflows based on rules and roles.

Connections and compliance

A system connected to its environment.

A business system does not work in a vacuum. We connect it to banking, government portals, suppliers, customers and other systems that your company uses.

Legal compliance

We support connections and reporting for eDavki, FURS, ZPIZ, AJPES, M4 and Intrastat. We track legislative changes and incorporate them into the system continuously.

E-banking

Automatic bank statement import and payment order preparation. Support for the major Slovenian banks and SEPA standards.

International standards

VDA and JIS orders, e-SLOG 2.0 electronic invoices, ODEX integration for document exchange in demanding supply chains.

Which modules are part of the business system?
Sales, purchasing, warehouse, accounting, payroll, HR, manufacturing and document management. The modules are linked into a single whole, so data is entered only once.
Does the system connect to eDavki, FURS and the bank?
Yes. We support eDavki, FURS, AJPES, e-SLOG, Intrastat and SEPA payments, so reporting and document exchange run directly from the program.
Can we start with just one module, for example accounting only?
Yes. Modules can be introduced individually or as a connected whole. We often start with one area and expand the system gradually.
Can we migrate data from our existing system?
Yes. Migration from an old system, records or Excel is planned as part of the rollout, and the scope is defined in the proposal.
